HOW OUR KITS WORK
We love small pontoon boats, and our recreational kits is where it all started for us. We love mini pontoon boats because they're easy to tow, easy to launch, and easy to maneuver. Our kits are also a breeze to assemble.
Build one of our mini pontoon boats in your garage or backyard with family or a friend, and then get out on the water. Find that cove where the fish are jumping, or make your way to a remote pond and let the quiet set in. As a friend of ours said, we make conversation boats, not speed boats, so slow down and enjoy what's important on one of our pontoon boat kits that you built.
Our boat kits float on super durable, foam filled HDPE plastic floats that simply can't sink. Every one of our kits use multiple independently sealed float sections, so our boats are safe as possible. Our frames consist of two custom extrusions that make for a strong, yet light weight structure, and include all the stainless hardware required to put them together. The backbone of the design is our main beam extrusion, which is a 6000 series aluminum component that has two slots that accept standard 3/8" square nuts. This allows our crossmembers to bolt in place anywhere you need them. Our boat kits include a bolt-together frame system and floats, and the only holes you have to drill are for mounting the floats themselves due to minor possible variations of the molded plastic floats. Why run a bolt-together kit? It means that you can build your boat just as you'd like! Also, you can build it in your back yard or workshop and we can ship it to you for a reasonable cost. If you've ever tried to ship a fully assembled boat, you know that it costs a fortune and can easily be damaged in transit. When we ship out boats, your order will ship as one or two shipments (depends what's be purchased) and we put in the effort to make sure you get the best shipping rate possible. Typically, both the frame and floats ship from us in NH, but in some cases, the floats will ship directly from the plastics factory in IN. Local pick-up from our home base in NH is also an option with prior arrangements. Also, YES, our frame systems come with spare nuts, bolts, and washers. We all know how annoying it is when you buy a kit and lose a couple pieces of hardware. We don't want anyone to be stuck on their project because a couple nuts or bolts escaped during assembly. Are these whole boats ready to register? No, they are not! When you purchase a kit from us, you are purchasing floats and frame components, not an assembled boat with a Hull Identification Number. If you are powering your freshly built boat and intending to use it on public bodies of water, you will have to register the boat as home-built after completion, and we can guide you through this simple process.

6'x11' BOLT-TOGETHER PONTOON BOAT KIT

Our 6'x11' mini pontoon boat kit is the sweet spot for recreational customers who want a small boat, especially for electric-only ponds and lakes. This is the most popular of our small boat kits and it uses our 18" diameter floats that keep you low to the water. This kit provides a 72"x122" platform, which is plenty of room to fish from, and one of these kits can be bolted together in a few hours. This little boat is easy to transport as it only weighs 504 pounds (with aluminum decking package installed), and it has the capacity for two people, a dog, and a cooler. We offer this kit with or without aluminum deck planks, and also offer optional transoms, fence packages, and other bolt-on items. 6'x14' BOLT-TOGETHER PONTOON BOAT KIT

Our 6'x14' mini pontoon boat kit is the largest we offer with 18" floats. It has a low deck height and capacity to get three folks, a dog, and a cooler out on the water. These also work great for small research vessels or mini work platforms. This kit provides a 72"x158" platform, which is quite a bit of space, and one of these kits can be bolted together in a weekend. Weighing only 651 pounds (with aluminum decking package installed), it's also easy to transport. We offer this kit with or without aluminum deck planks, and also offer optional transoms, fence packages, and other bolt-on items. Our 7'x12' and 8'x12' pontoon boat kits are for boaters who need full sized capacity in a small package. These kits use our 27" wide floats and have capacity to get 4 or 5 people onboard. If you expect to do a lot of trailering, we recommend the 7' wide version as it's easy to maneuver at tight boat ramps. If that's not a concern, the 8' wide version is the way to go. Both configurations are super stable and provide plenty of room for a great time with friends and family. Our 8'x8' swim raft kit uses our 27 wide floats and provides enough room to have lots of fun. With a hefty capacity of 950 pounds with our aluminum decking installed, the whole family can enjoy this raft, even with your ladder and slide bolted on. This kit comes with a stout anchor mounting point that bolts across three crossmembers and is easy to attach your mooring line to. BOLT-TOGETHER TIKI BOAT BASE KIT $20,300 FOR FRAME, FLOATS, & TRANSOM not available with aluminum decking package
Our 15'x15' Flying Octagon is our large bolt-together tiki boat base (12'x12' kit will be offered soon). This is a puropose-designed octagonal barge kit that is made for you to build your floating lounge for friends and family to enjoy. This kit includes our 30 HP capacity transom and has four rows of 27" wide floats. Due to the complexity of this kit, and the typical desired aestetic of the finished craft, we DO NOT offer an aluminum decking package or railing system for this kit. Our 15'x15' tiki boat base is available with black and orange floats. This kit typically has a 1-4 week lead time and shipping IS NOT included in our price. Please inquire for a freight quote.
